We are looking for a Studio Manager & Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder and manage the day-to-day rhythm of our creative studio. This is not a conventional admin role, it's a blend of operations, coordination, and trusted right-hand support.

Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the Founder to manage schedules, priorities, and follow-upsEnsure seamless coordination across projects, teams, clients, and external partnersTake complete ownership of follow-ups, the most critical part of the roleManage office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative workflowsHandle confidential information with discretionSupport with travel, logistics, and occasional personal tasks for the FounderKeep the studio organized and efficient, from calendars to client presentations
What We're Looking ForExperience: 3-5 years in a similar role (Studio Manager, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator; supporting founders/senior leadership preferred)Education: Graduate from a Secretarial College or equivalent professional training
Skills:Exceptional follow-up skills (non-negotiable)Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel & Word essential)Strong command of English (written & spoken)Shorthand skills are an advantage
