Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Executive Assistant role based in North York, ON, with opportunities to work from home on occasion.
The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated executive-level support, manage administrative tasks, create and process expense reports, and handle scheduling and correspondence for senior leadership. Other responsibilities include facilitating communication, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office. Qualifications Proven experience with Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance Strong skills in managing Expense Reports and supporting executives with financial or travel-related documentation Highly proficient in Executive Support functions, including scheduling, calendar management, and managing priorities Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in modern productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration platforms Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Prior experience in a financial or consulting environment is a plus
