Key Responsibilities: • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar effectively • Monitor and organize emails and correspondence • Coordinate internal and external meetings with preparation • Arrange complex domestic and international travel logistics • Support tracking of key business priorities and initiatives Requirements: • 3 to 5 years in an executive support role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High level of professionalism and discretion • Comfortable managing multiple priorities • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Assist the CEO in navigating challenges and maintaining focus on high-impact tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
