The opportunity
Paladin Canada is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive level administrative support to the President of Paladin Canada, while also supporting internal communications, employee engagement, and company initiatives across Canadian operations.
This role is critical to enabling effective leadership, supporting smooth day-to-day operations, and strengthening internal connections between Paladin Canada and Paladin Energy. The Executive Assistant works closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams to ensure alignment, coordination, and execution of key activities.
The role is based in Paladin Canada’s corporate office and may require occasional travel or coordination across multiple locations and time zones.
To be successful in this role, the following is essential:
- Proven experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or office coordination role, ideally within a corporate or regulated environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, exercised with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leaders
- High attention to detail, coupled with strong judgement and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (experience with DocuSign is considered an asset).

Key responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to the President and senior leadership, ensuring effective management of schedules, priorities, and commitments
- Coordinate executive travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
- Arrange travel and accommodations for technical teams and other staff as required
- Oversee and maintain executive calendars, including meetings, speaking engagements, and key business commitments
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and supporting materials for leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Support leadership planning activities and the coordination of strategic and executive-level meetings
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Act as a key administrative and coordination point to support effective employee relations between Paladin Canada and Paladin EnergySupport the flow of internal communications to ensure employees are informed of company news, initiatives, and strategic updates Foster open dialogue and encourage employee feedback across Canadian operations
- Support leadership efforts to help employees understand and align with the company’s strategic direction and key business decisions
- Provide communication coordination-and administrative guidance to team members across the organization
- Partner with leadership to support internal messaging related to organizational changes, programs, and company initiatives
Events & Company Initiatives
- Maintain and manage a forward-looking calendar of conferences and industry events relevant to Paladin Canada
- Coordinate conference registrations and support employee participation logistics
- Plan and support internal and external company events, including staff gatherings, town halls, and seasonal events
- Coordinate logistics and materials for internal meetings, company-wide initiatives, and engagement activities
Branding, Tools & Employee Resources
- Partner with leadership to coordinate the ordering, tracking, and management of company swag and promotional materials
- Ensure employees have access to up‑to‑date business cards
- Support employee access to internal administrative and collaboration tools (including DocuSign), providing coordination, user guidance, and ongoing administrative support
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement, streamlining, and maintenance of internal administrative and communication tools to enhance efficiency and consistency
