The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars, appointments, and meetingsCoordinate internal and external communicationArrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itinerariesPrepare reports, presentations, and documentsHandle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executivesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationOrganize meetings, events, and follow-upsAssist in daily administrative tasks and office coordinationAct as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any disciplineStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication (verbal & written)Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyHigh level of discretion and professionalism
