Job Description
Our client is a boutique international firm looking to appoint a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact, manage calendar, travel, key proposals, meetings, communications, and confidential matters.Oversee entire office administration, streamline internal processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Lead internal recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy management. Maintain employee records and coordinate with external partners or vendors.Maintain and update recruitment databases, resumes, trackers, and reports.Ensure data accuracy across systems (CRM, spreadsheets, project management tools).Assist with social media content and branding tasks.Conduct recruitment market research and talent mapping for key search mandates.Track invoices, reimbursements, petty cash, and basic financial documentation.Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, powerpoint, etc).Possesses a positive attitude with a friendly and professional approach.Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.Strong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
