The concept is disciplined, high-volume, and hospitality-driven—aligned with the standards of Hillstone Restaurant Group. We are seeking an Executive Chef who understands that consistency, execution, and team leadership are what separate good restaurants from great ones. This is an immediate-start opportunity for a chef who can take full ownership of the kitchen and deliver a refined, repeatable dining experience at scale.

What We’re Looking For Direct experience in upscale casual American dining is mandatory (Hillstone-style systems, standards, and throughput strongly preferred) Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, quality-controlled environment

Demonstrated success building, training, and retaining disciplined kitchen teams Strong command of kitchen systems, prep structures, and execution consistency Ability to collaborate with ownership on menu refinement and operational efficiency

Financial fluency: food cost control, labor management, and inventory discipline Impeccable references and a track record of stable, successful tenures Role & Responsibilities

Full ownership of kitchen operations, including hiring, training, and culture Drive consistency of execution across all services Implement and maintain tight systems for prep, line execution, and quality control

Partner with ownership on menu development within a focused, proven framework Maintain rigorous standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety Lead by example—this is a hands-on leadership role, not administrative
