About the Role
STARR Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef to lead Pastis West Palm Beach, the celebrated New York brasserie making its debut at The Nora Hotel.
This is a rare opportunity to helm an iconic concept—bringing Parisian energy, precision, and style to one of South Florida’s most anticipated openings. The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on leader with a deep respect for classic technique, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for delivering a vibrant, high-volume dining experience.
Reporting to the property’s Culinary Director, this role is dedicated to Pastis and responsible for all aspects of the kitchen’s performance, culture, and execution.
This landmark project will help shape the next chapter of hospitality in West Palm Beach and serve as the social anchor of The NORA District.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant
- Strong foundation in French/brasserie cuisine preferred
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for team development
- Highly organized with strong financial and operational acumen
- A commitment to excellence and an eye for detail
- Experience supporting or leading new restaurant openings is a plus
