Vermejo, a premier luxury conservation destination, is seeking an innovative and hands-on Executive Chef to lead its culinary program. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all culinary operations and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
- Develop seasonal, locally inspired menus
- Manage kitchen staff, training, and performance
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and food safety compliance
- Partner with hospitality leadership to enhance the overall guest experience
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in high-end culinary environments
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Expertise in refined dining and menu development
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Luxury resort or remote experience preferred
