A leading ultra-luxury developer in the UAE is looking for an experienced Executive Director of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy across a portfolio of high-end real estate and lifestyle brands. This is a senior leadership role focused on building world-class brand positioning, driving integrated campaigns, and elevating customer engagement across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of experience in luxury marketing, branding, PR, and communications, with strong exposure to premium consumer sectors such as real estate, hospitality, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands.
Experience leading large-scale, multi-market campaigns and working with global creative agencies is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead brand strategy, positioning, and long-term equity building Drive integrated marketing campaigns across luxury developments and experiences Oversee PR, media relations, executive visibility, and reputation management Lead digital marketing, CRM strategy, and AI-driven customer engagement initiatives Manage broker and partner marketing programs Oversee customer contact center alignment with brand and conversion objectives Collaborate closely with commercial, sales, development, HR, and external agency partners Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field Proven leadership experience within luxury brand environments Strong strategic, creative, and commercial mindset Expertise in digital marketing, storytelling, and stakeholder management
