We are recruiting a highly accomplished Executive Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry function within a prestigious 5 luxury hotel in central London. This is a key leadership role overseeing all pastry and bakery operations , spanning fine dining, afternoon tea, banqueting, and high-volume service.
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional quality, driving innovation, and setting the standard for pastry across the property. You will lead, develop, and inspire a skilled pastry brigade, ensuring consistency, creativity, and flawless execution at all times, while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and kitchen organisation.
