Experienced Sourcing Analyst for Strategic Procurement Initiatives

Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives as a Senior Sourcing Analyst. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value and optimize vendor relationships in a dynamic technology environment.

This role focuses on managing sourcing for indirect and selected direct spend categories within the Technology Services Group. The Senior Sourcing Analyst will partner with Finance, Legal, and other business areas to deliver effective sourcing strategies while mitigating supplier risks. A blend of analytical rigor and hands-on execution is essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage RFx events and contract execution • Develop category analyses and sourcing strategies • Conduct market intelligence and supplier benchmarking • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with stakeholders • Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation

Requirements: • 3 years in Business Management or 5-8 years in sourcing • Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or SCMP preferred • Experience in Facilities, Office Services, and Telecom • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI skills • Strong communication and project management abilities
