Become an integral part of leadership as an Executive Personal Assistant! This role offers an opportunity for responsible, organized support in both administrative and personal capacities with a focus on flexibility.
You will be crucial in providing effective administrative support, managing the Principal’s calendar, and organizing essential documents. This position also involves coordinating vendor services, overseeing personal projects, and facilitating seamless communication, all while respecting confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure timely management of emails and documentation • Coordinate scheduling and travel arrangements • Organize personal services and additional support • Handle special projects and asset documentation • Maintain adaptability to changing needs
Requirements: • At least 5 years in an Executive or Senior Administrative role • Relevant education in administration or hospitality preferred • Strong organizational abilities and detail orientation • Proficient in common office and productivity software • Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
