Job Description
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant local government authorities in Indonesia, including but not limited to public security, fire protection, work safety, quality supervision, health, environmental protection, planning, trade unions, party committees, and local sub-district offices. Responsible for coordinating and hosting government inspection visits and tours.- Ensure the smooth execution of government affairs-related work, including follow-up and supervision throughout the process. Provide early warning and handle potential government-related incidents, and take full responsibility for outcomes.- Complete government project applications and manage certificates and archives, including corporate qualifications, science & technology, industry, and talent-related documents.- Assist in the process management of government-approved support projects, from initial approval and project initiation to final acceptance and project closure.
Coordinate resources across departments to achieve project goals.- Stay updated on local policy directions and implementation details in a timely and accurate manner, and carry out routine collection of application policies and information. *Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree or above; no specific major requirement.- Familiar with the operational processes and working systems of Indonesian government affairs.- Knowledgeable about project applications and government department procedures; strong writing skills with the ability to proficiently draft various project application documents.- Professional appearance and demeanor, confident and courteous, with excellent communication and expression skills.- Proficiency in Indonesian (required), and either Chinese or English.
