Our Facilities Support team is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of our historic property.

This full-time position with benefits plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, with flexibility required for occasional weekends and holidays based on operational needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of interior and exterior spaces, including restrooms, offices, public areas, and event venues
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, window cleaning, and trash removal
• Restock paper goods, soap, and other essential supplies
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including preparing spaces for weddings and special events
• Support cleaning and operational needs for special events across the property
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support a high standard of customer service for both internal teams and guests
• Promote workplace safety and proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Work effectively in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments and weather conditions
• Take on additional duties as needed, demonstrating a strong team-player mindset

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision
• Reliable transportation required
• Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed
