We have a rewarding part-time (20 hours) opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in Indianapolis. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-13 patients per day (based on FTE)
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable M-F workweek
• No call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $110,000 - $130,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
