Compensation & Benefits$74.87/hourBenefits available to full-time employees after 90 days401(k) with company match available after 1 year of eligible service

ScheduleClinic Hours:Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PMSaturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Schedule Requirements:2–3 weekday shifts requiredEvery other weekend requiredAverage of 32.5–40 hours bi-weekly

Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients on preventive healthcare and wellnessDocument patient care accurately within the electronic health record (EHR)Respond to patient care questions and provide ongoing supportCollaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfactionManage both clinical and administrative responsibilities efficientlySupport clinic operations, quality initiatives, and patient engagement effortsValidate insurance coverage and incorporate findings into patient care planning

Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements:Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner programCurrent National Board Certification and active state APRN/FNP licenseMinimum 1 year of Family Nurse Practitioner experience requiredAttendance is mandatory during the first 90 days
