Client Experience & StylingProvide personalized fashion consultations based on client preferences and lifestyleOffer expert advice on styling, fit, and current fashion trendsBuild and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients2. Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve and exceed individual and store sales targetsUpsell and cross-sell luxury products (apparel, accessories, footwear)Maintain a strong client database and follow up regularly3. Brand RepresentationUphold the brand's luxury image, values, and service standardsEnsure grooming and presentation meet premium retail expectationsStay updated on brand collections, fashion trends, and competitors4. Store OperationsAssist in visual merchandising and store presentationEnsure product knowledge and stock awarenessSupport inventory management and store processesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree (Fashion, Retail Management, or related field preferred)1-5 years of experience in luxury or premium retailStrong fashion sense and styling expertiseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSales-driven mindset with customer-centric approach
