Job Description
As a Fashion Stylist, you will take ownership of end-to-end styling for photoshoots, including concept development, execution, and on-set direction. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content aligned with brand aesthetics across e-commerce and marketing channels. This role requires a strong eye for styling, hands-on shoot experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual output.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute product styling for photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Conceptualize and develop styling directions, moodboards, and shoot themes for e-commerce, campaigns, and social media.Lead on-set styling, including coordinating with photographers, models, makeup artists, and creative teams.Style jewelry and outfits for model shoots, flat lays, and creative campaigns with a strong focus on visual storytelling.Source, manage, and innovate with props, backgrounds, and styling elements to enhance shoot output.Ensure all products are shoot-ready (cleaned, prepped, and styled to perfection).Maintain consistency in styling across all platforms and ensure brand identity is reflected in every output.Manage styling timelines and ensure timely delivery in coordination with production and content teams.Oversee and organize styling inventory, props, and samples efficiently.Stay updated with current fashion, jewelry, and styling trends and incorporate them into shoots. Candidate Profile2-3 years of experience in fashion styling (e-commerce, editorial, or brand shoots preferred).Degree/Diploma in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, or a related field.Strong understanding of styling principles, visual composition, and current fashion trends.Hands-on experience in executing photoshoots and working on set.Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into impactful visual outputs.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Basic understanding of photography, lighting, and post-production requirements.A strong portfolio showcasing styling work across different formats (model shoots, flat lays, campaigns).
