Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker You'll support with: Personal care and wellbeingMeal planning and preparationHousehold tasksHobbies, activities, and social eventsBuilding confidence and independenceMonitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needsMaintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned-you will not be able to select your own shifts.
