Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and Bangalore. Responsibilities include performing field service tasks such as installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for advanced scientific instruments.

The role also involves conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing product issues, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Field Service and Troubleshooting expertise for the maintenance and repair of scientific instruments. Technical Support experience, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of equipment or process issues.

Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal operation of instruments. Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently while being responsive to customer needs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field is preferred. Previous experience in servicing scientific or medical equipment will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel locally for on-site visits as required.
