Finance Analyst

Trinity House Group are currently partnering with a market-leading, Birmingham based business to recruit a Finance Analyst into their high-performing UK finance team. Key responsibilities will include:Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cyclesProducing accurate and insightful monthly management reporting (P&L, variance analysis, KPIs)Partnering with operational stakeholders to provide meaningful financial analysis and challengeIdentifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performanceSupporting business cases, investment appraisals, and commercial decision-makingDriving continuous improvement across reporting, processes, and systemsAssisting with month-end activities and maintaining strong financial controls You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where your analysis will directly influence strategic and operational decisions. About You ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data setsConfident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholdersCommercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approachExperience within a large, complex or multi-site organisation is advantageous Why Apply?
