Finance Associate

Who we are Punt Partners is a company working with brands on solving marketing problems with technology. We have offices in Mumbai and Bangalore and are backed by leading angels in the Indian startup ecosystem. Role: Finance Associate Location: Bangalore, HSR layout.

What You'll Do You'll be the go-to person for our day-to-day finance and accounts operations, working closely with our Finance Manager and collaborating across teams. Here's what that looks like in practice: Own our Zoho Books setup end-to-end, including invoicing, payables, receivables. Reconcile invoices against credit card and bank statements, and invoice clients accurately and on time Support month-end closing and ensure our books are always audit-ready.

Handle statutory compliance with confidence ( TDS, PF, PT, and GST) so nothing falls through the cracks Partner with other departments to keep financial reporting accurate and timely Keep our Bangalore office running smoothly with day-to-day admin support Assist business teams with customer documentation Jump into ad-hoc projects as they come up What We're Looking For 2 years of experience in finance or accounting Hands-on experience with Zoho Books Solid understanding of Indian statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, PT) Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities A team player who communicates clearly and follows through Why Join Us You'll have exposure to the full finance function and a collaborative team that values your input.
