A growing company in Plymouth Meeting, PA is seeking a Junior Equipment Finance Attorney to support its legal team. This role will involve handling equipment finance transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting broader business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and consumer equipment finance agreements (e.g., loans, leases, related documents).

• Assist with regulatory compliance and licensing matters.

• Support the Chief Legal Officer in closing and managing equipment finance transactions, both internally and with outside counsel.

• Provide legal guidance to internal departments on equipment finance issues.

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

• Maintain organized and current legal templates and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Bar admission in the state where the position is located.

• 1-3 years of experience in equipment finance, commercial finance, or related legal work.

• Solid understanding of equipment finance structures and legal frameworks.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Law firm or in-house legal experience focused on equipment finance.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations, including UCC Article 9.

• Familiarity with commercial finance compliance and licensing requirements.
