Job Title: Accountant – Global Bookkeeping & Financial Operations
Location: India (Supporting Global Offices)

Role Overview: Graystone Capital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to support bookkeeping and financial operations for its global offices. This role will be based in our India office and will act as a central support function for multiple international entities across the Middle East and Asia.
The role requires strong fundamentals in accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to manage routine financial operations efficiently across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bookkeeping & Daily Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple entities
- Record daily transactions including:
- Expenses
- Invoices
- Payments and receipts
- Ensure proper documentation for all entries
2. Bank Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Track and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor daily bank transactions
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor payments and maintain records
- Raise invoices and track collections
- Follow up on outstanding receivables
4. Multi-Entity Support
- Assist in handling accounts for different countries (UAE, KSA, Bahrain, etc.)
- Support intercompany entries and reconciliations
- Work on multi-currency transactions
5. Reporting Support
- Assist in preparation of:
- Monthly reports
- Basic financial summaries
- Provide data support to senior finance team
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain organised financial records
- Support audit requirements by providing documents
- Ensure adherence to internal processes
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in handling accounting software
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of tools like Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of basic financial reporting
