Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS standards and regulatory requirements. Management Reporting: Provide regular financial insights and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Taxation and Compliance: Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities, including VAT, corporation tax, and other relevant taxes, ensuring adherence to US tax laws and regulations.
Audit Management: Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial information and addressing audit findings and recommendations. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements, optimizing cash management strategies and supporting funding decisions. Financial Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Financial Systems: Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve financial reporting capabilities. Qualifications and Competencies required: Chartered Accountant Experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and audit management. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Years of experience required - 2 years experience required into Finance in Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow Management, Fund Management etc.
