Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to manage financial operations, maintain records, and support decision-making through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections
• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support tax filing, GST, and other statutory requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/MBA Finance preferred)
• Relevant work experience in finance or accounting
