Role OverviewThe Finance MIS Executive will support the organization in maintaining financial data, preparing management reports, and ensuring accurate tracking of revenues, expenses, and budgets across departments and projects. This role requires someone who is highly proficient in Excel, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial systems and accounting tools.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial MIS reports including revenue, expenses, and profitability tracking.Track department-wise budgets vs actual spend and share periodic reports with leadership.Prepare weekly and monthly financial dashboards for management review.Record and maintain vendor bills and operational expenses in the accounting system.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely capture of project/event-related expenses.Maintain proper expense categorization for departments and projects.Coordinate with external finance partners and consultants for accounting and compliance activities.Assist in reconciling financial records and maintaining accurate documentation for invoices, vendor bills, and payments.Assist in preparing: Monthly P&L summaries, Department-level spend reports, Event / campaign profitability analysis and receivables and payables tracking Skills & Qualifications CA Inter preferred1-3 years of experience in finance, MIS, or accounting support rolesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory:Pivot tablesFinancial reportingData analysisFamiliarity with Zoho Finance Suite & Tally.Strong analytical and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately What We're Looking ForSomeone who enjoys working with numbers, reports, and financial dataStructured and disciplined with documentation and data accuracyComfortable working in a fast-paced agency environmentProactive mindset with the ability to build and maintain financial dashboards
