About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation, and Reconciliation, Compliance, and Audit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Petty Cash Book and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Oversee Vendor Management – invoice processing, payments & reconciliations
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and ensure timely closure
• Manage TDS & GST compliance, including filing and reporting
• Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring accuracy & compliance
• Maintain financial records and assist in preparation of MIS/reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounts
• Proficiency in Oracle (mandatory), Tally/ERP, MS Excel
• Good understanding of AP/AR, GST, TDS, Vendor Management, and Audits
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
