Finance Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern with knowledge of both Indian and US accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have completed CA Inter (Level 2) and be eager to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance across global markets. This is a paid hybrid internship offering practical exposure to real-world finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Accounting & Financial Operations

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations).
• Support preparation of financial statements as per Indian GAAP and US GAAP.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation India & US Compliance.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance for India.
• Support US accounting processes, including bookkeeping and reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for compliance tasks.

📈Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.

🧾 Audit & Documentation

• Assist in internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Completed CA Inter (Level 2).
• Basic understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and US GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting,.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good to Have:

• Prior internship experience in finance/accounting
• Familiarity with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Exposure to international accounting or cross-border transactions
