Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager • Oversee financial administration for multiple grants, each with unique budgets, reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements

• Manage the organization’s Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and support multi‑year forecasting across grants and organizational operations
• Own the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Serve as the primary liaison to the external CPA firm for audits, reviews, and compliance matters
• Assume responsibility for payroll processing within Paylocity once transitioned from the current lead
• Act as a strategic finance partner to the Executive Director and HR Director, contributing to compensation planning, benefits evaluation, and organizational decision‑making
• Participate as an active member of the organization’s leadership team

Qualifications for the Finance Manager • Demonstrated experience managing grants with multiple funding sources and varied budget cycles

• Strong technical accounting foundation, including month‑end close and financial statement preparation
• Advanced Excel capabilities; ability to maintain and troubleshoot integrated Excel–QuickBooks financial models
• Experience overseeing AP, AR, budgeting, and forecasting functions
• Associates or Bachelors in Accounting or Finance need
