Job Description Job Description FlexHR IS partnering with a new client on a NEW role! Check it out: FINANCE MANAGER About TISAS Arms Corp TISAS has spent more than 30 years manufacturing pistols and military rifles to NATO standards — with customers in 26 countries and products in service with 23 government agencies worldwide. In early 2026, TISAS Arms Corp launched its new US division in Buford, Georgia, receiving shipments directly from its manufacturing facility in Trabzon, Türkiye, to be sold through a US distribution network.
This isn't a company treading water. This is a globally proven brand in the early innings of building something significant on American soil — and they need the right financial leader to help them do it right. About the Role This is a rare opportunity: a Finance Manager role where you’re not just maintaining the machine — you’re helping build it.
As the financial cornerstone of TISAS Arms Corp’s US operations, you’ll own everything from strategy to compliance, budgeting to payroll, and play a meaningful role in ensuring the company scales with integrity. One element that makes this role genuinely unique: TISAS Arms operates in a federally regulated industry, and ATF compliance is woven into daily operations. Every transaction is logged through the ERP system, and this person will be a key partner in ensuring the organization is audit-ready at all times.
If you’ve worked in a regulated industry — firearms, defense, banking, or with SOX audit frameworks — that experience translates directly here. ATF-specific knowledge can be developed on the job; a mindset for precision, process, and accountability is non-negotiable from day one. Why You’ll Want This Job Ground floor of a US launch — TISAS Arms Corp is newly established in the US.
You’re not walking into bureaucracy; you’re helping write the playbook. Real scope, real authority — This role owns the full financial function: strategy, treasury, reporting, payroll, risk, and compliance. No siloed accounting role.
No waiting for someone above you to make the call. A mission that means something — TISAS is committed to delivering world-class firearms to civilians, law enforcement, and military customers who depend on quality. The standards here are high because the stakes are real.
Global backing, startup energy — You get the stability of a 30-year global manufacturer behind you and the momentum of a brand-new US operation in front of you. You’re energized by complexity, comfortable in a regulated environment, and you want to be part of building something — not just maintaining it.
If you’ve ever wanted to put your fingerprints on the financial infrastructure of a company from the ground up, this is that moment. TISAS Arms Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
