A leading global professional services firm is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead a team responsible for developing financial proposals and analysis that support broader revenue strategy. This role collaborates with leadership to craft compelling narratives, support negotiations, and drive financial performance. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strategic insight and excels at leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of financial proposals, including modeling, realization analysis, and alternative fee structures
• Translate matter details and client needs into tailored financial solutions
• Collaborate with Business Development on RFPs, pitches, and client-facing materials
• Engage with client operations teams during negotiations
• Leverage historical data to inform strategy across global practice groups
• Support annual rate strategy through benchmarking and internal communications
• Analyze performance trends and benchmarks to guide proposal development
• Supervise and mentor analysts to ensure timely, accurate, and strategic deliverables
• Serve as a financial resource for select clients requiring ongoing support
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflows and tools
• Deliver reporting to monitor performance and support renegotiations
• Maintain training materials and documentation to promote consistency
• Stay current on industry trends and tools
• Foster a culture of excellence, service, and collaboration within the team

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis in the professional services industry
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
