Location - Bangalore(electronic city )/Chennai all 5 days WFO

Requirement 1

Location - Bangalore

Employment Mode – Fulltime

Years of Experience – 12+ years (Managerial Level)

Languages – Fluency in Hindi and Kannada is mandatory for the Bangalore location

 Must have Hands-on experience with Zoho Books

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS , and Indian taxation

 Experience handling foreign subsidiary accounting

 Exposure to multi-country accounting and compliance

 Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills

 Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

 Ability to work independently and meet deadline

 Must have strong hands on in client billing / high volume of Invoice to client

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books

 Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (returns, filings,

reconciliations)

 Manage accounting and compliance for foreign subsidiaries UK Taxation

 Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports

 Handle multi-country corporate accounting, including inter-company

transactions

 Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders

 Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and relevant international

regulations

 Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and bank reconciliations

 Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

 Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Mandatory Categories:

1.Must have experience in corporate accounting and finance from an IT consulting &

services or staffing company.

2. Proven experience in a managerial role with strong team leadership capabilities.

3. Experience in coordinating with senior/top-level management.

4.Ability to collaborate eƯectively with Business Unit Heads and clients on

transactional matters.

5.Hands-on experience in client billing, accounts receivable and payable, and

timesheet management.
