Finance Manager, Ring Finance

Overview Transform financial strategy for an innovative device business by translating complex financial data into business insights. You will be a financial architect driving strategic decisions, optimizing performance, and implementing systems that shape the future of a leading technology platform. Responsibilities Lead comprehensive financial planning and analysis for device product lines, focusing on units, revenue, and profitability.

Develop and execute financial forecasting models with detailed variance analysis. Coordinate month-end financial close processes and reporting. Communicate key performance indicators to senior leadership with actionable insights.

Implement system improvements to enhance financial reporting and planning efficiency. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical field. 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles. 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making. 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis. Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying root causes, and creating/implementing an escalation plan. 6+ years of delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations with measurable business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits). MBA or CPA. Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
