Finance Manager, Robotics Finance

Key Job Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders in Worldwide Operations and WW Ops Finance.
• Create, improve, and maintain financial analysis (ROI and NPV models) driving operational decisions across the WW Operations Fulfillment network.
• Gather analytical insights and develop financial frameworks to grow profitability and expand our reach in a global environment.
• Drive core financial processes for the business, including Annual Operating Plans, 3‑Year Strategic Plan, Long Range Plan, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Complete cost/benefit analyses and communicate key drivers/inputs to support business decisions.
• Perform financial reporting, deep project analyses, and financial modeling.
• Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with managers to ensure effective finance and cost management.
• Create, improve, and maintain financial metrics, reports, and scorecards.
• Communicate financial and business results, including variance analyses, to senior business leaders.
• Lead strategic projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA.
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits).
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interpreting data results.
