Finance Manager – Series C Health Tech / Software

Hybrid working (New York office + WFH)

Salary: $115k to $125k + benefits

We are working with a fantastic Health Tech / Software, Series C scale-up in New York, who are looking for a Finance Manager!

The Role

You will ensure the smooth operation of internal finance processes, alongside driving the implementation of new financial software systems, making sure the accounting processes function effectively and efficiently, and providing essential analysis of financial results.

Responsibilities

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with GAAP
• The ability to create and implement scalable finance processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• A track record of working in Health Tech and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) market, preferably for series C & D VC backed companies
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, QuickBooks & NetSuite
• Comfortable with large data sets
• Experience in performing FP&A functions, such as performance versus plan analysis
• Understanding of the downstream effects of financial decisions
• CPA certification
