SUMMARY

Our client is a privately held company in the Metro Detroit area. They are seeking a Finance Manager to add to their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES of Finance Manager

• Hands on role in month end close and month end reporting to provide upper management.
• Hands on role helping prepare financial statements for external reporting.
• Compile various management reports as needed, on monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc basis
• Must be a team player and be able to communicate to Management team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE of Finance Manager

• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting required
• 6+ years of experience, some of which in public Accounting is required
• High level of US GAAP knowledge
• Excellent communication, people, written and presentation skills
• Team player who can work well with other functional groups
