FINANCE PARTNER

Full Time (Monday – Friday) – Studio Based in Derby At BULKHEAD, we’re looking for a commercially driven Finance Partner to join our team in Derby and play a key role in how we plan, track, and grow the studio. This is a hands‑on, business‑facing role where you’ll turn financial data into clear, actionable insight, working closely with production teams and leadership to support decision‑making across multiple projects. What You’ll Be Doing Lead management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Partner with teams to track spend and improve performance. Provide insight on project profitability and studio KPIs. Support board reporting, audit, and strategic planning. What We’re Looking For Part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA). Experience in management accounts, FP&A, or commercial finance. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder confidence.
