Financial Analyst

The Global Market Data Services team supports multiple workstreams including Brokerage, Commissions & Executions (BCE), Market Data, and Technology.

The BCE team is seeking Junior Analysts based in Montreal to support invoice reconciliation and approval activities. These invoices represent actual trades executed across various lines of business at different rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Log new invoices into the master inventory database (MDM Calero)
• Review cost centers, service names, and charges to ensure alignment with expected billing details
• Coordinate with Line of Business (LOB) managers to validate billing details and obtain approvals
• Process invoices for payment through CoupaEnsure accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – business language is English
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in complex organizational environments
• Capability to manage and process high volumes of invoices within strict timelines

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
