With international presence, this dynamic organisation delivers high-impact projects for global clients and is entering a key phase of growth and transformation.This is a pivotal, commercially focused role reporting directly to the Group Finance Director and CEO, offering real influence across the business. You will lead the finance function across multiple entities, drive financial performance, and play a key role in shaping strategic decisions.The RoleAs Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function across four entities spanning three jurisdictions.

You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial reporting, while leading and developing a small team and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.This role blends technical excellence with commercial insight, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ControlLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsOversee month-end and year-end close processesEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial records and the general ledgerMaintain and enhance internal controls, processes, and financial policiesEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standardsBudgeting, Forecasting & AnalysisLead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processesDeliver insightful variance analysis and performance reportingSupport strategic planning through financial modellingMonitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial metricsCompliance & AuditAct as the primary contact for external auditorsOversee statutory accounts preparation and regulatory filingsEnsure compliance with tax and statutory requirements across jurisdictionsLiaise with external advisors, banks, and regulatory bodiesCommercial & Operational FinanceManage project margins and oversee revenue recognitionDrive improvements in cash flow and financial controlsProvide actionable insight to support decision-makingLeadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of three direct reportsPartner with senior leadership and department headsBuild strong cross-functional relationships across the businessProcess Improvement & ProjectsIdentify and implement process and system improvementsSupport ERP system implementation and finance transformation initiativesDrive automation and efficiency across the finance functionAbout YouYou are a commercially minded, hands-on finance leader who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
