• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience

• Inbound call center/customer service experience required

Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume of inbound calls and service requests
• Assist with mutual fund trade entry, trade adjustments, and journal requests
• Support inquiries related to 529 college savings plans
• Guide users through account opening and maintenance processes
• Ensure compliance with firm policies on 529 accounts
• Provide documentation for new accounts, broker-dealer changes, and rollovers
• Resolve service issues efficiently, escalating as needed
