What You Will Do

• Develop and implement financial planning strategies for product offerings, enhancing user experience and engagement.
• Utilize advanced AI technologies, including OpenAI and Large Language Models, to improve financial forecasting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Notion and Slack to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
• Analyze user data and feedback to optimize financial products and services, driving user satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular assessments of financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 510 years of experience in financial planning or a related field, with a strong understanding of product finance.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies, particularly in the context of financial services.
• Experience with financial software such as eMoney to support client needs and product development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and tax implications related to crypto investments.
• Experience working in a startup environment, particularly within the fintech or crypto sectors.
• Knowledge of product management principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits
