Overview
Your mission in our team
As a Commercial Project Manager Mobility Home Market, you will take full financial and commercial responsibility for mobility contracts within the national market. You will work closely with project management to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize financial results, and guarantee the success of each initiative from offer to execution.
Responsibilities
- Leading commercial and financial management during all project phases, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations (Siemens-FRG and PGC).
- Optimizing project financial results by managing gross margin, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments.
- Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks, as well as leveraging commercial opportunities in collaboration with the project management team.
- Ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and commercial documentation in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Managing the commercial relationship with clients, resolving issues, and ensuring correct invoicing and collection.
- Overseeing the application of financial guarantees and optimizing overall project costs, minimizing non-conformities.
Qualifications
- Solid experience (minimum 4 years) in financial project functions, preferably in complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of business processes, policies, and financial management tools (e.g., Spiridon, Dash/Roccit, SAP).
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach.
- CPM and C Certification in Siemens is a plus; participation in company talent programs is a plus.
