Financial Services Associate – Entry Level | South Jordan, UT (Hybrid). South Jordan, UT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite). 6–12 month contract, potential to convert. Kickstart your career in financial services!

We’re seeking Financial Services Associates to support client accounts at a top investment banking firm. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to client account inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and professionalism
• Troubleshoot account or service issues and provide effective solutions
• Document client interactions clearly in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client concerns
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to a positive client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (recent grads welcome)
• 6 months–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Customer service or contact center experience preferred
• Candidates must be located in or near South Jordan, UT
