First Line Customer SupportLocation: North East, BristolSalary: £27,000 per annum + On CallContract: Fulltime, Permanent Are you tech-savvy, people-focused and ready for a role that mixes hands-on customer support with occasional face-to-face training? We’re looking for a confident Customer Support Specialist to join a friendly, growing team in North East Bristol. You’ll deliver expert support from the office / hybrid most of the time, with occasional travel to client sites to deliver system training.
Why this role rocks:Hybrid working – minimum 3 days in the officeCompetitive salary up to £27k + On Call allowancePerks: BUPA, pension, life insurance, bonus scheme, career growthFriendly, collaborative team in a fast-growing, innovative company What you’ll do:Provide front-line customer support via phone, Teams, email, and support portalsTroubleshoot issues and liaise with developers to resolve themCreate/update training materials, guides, FAQs, and help documentationTravel to client sites to deliver training on systemsAssist with system updates, user setup and procedural documentation We’re looking for: 1–2 years’ IT/software support experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsConfidence delivering in-person trainingProficient in MS Office, basic IT troubleshooting, and image/video editingExtras that make you shine:ISO 9001/27001 knowledge, SQL, asset management experience, or support portal experience (Freshdesk etc.) Apply!
