The role You’ll be speaking to business owners and fleet operators who need advice — not just a price. Your job is to understand their risks and build the right solution around them. Day-to-day, that means: Speaking with clients via phone, email, and live chat Understanding complex fleet and commercial requirements Sourcing and negotiating policies with insurers Making sure cover is accurate , compliant , and fit for purpose Managing the process from first conversation through to cover being live Handling admin efficiently (because details matter in this game) What we’re looking for We want people who take pride in doing things properly.
Experience in insurance sales (essential) Ideally exposure to fleet or commercial insurance (but not a dealbreaker as long as you have insurance sales experience) Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone High attention to detail Ability to think , not just follow a script A genuine desire to help clients get the right outcome If you’ve worked in fleet before, you’ll feel at home here. If you haven’t, but you’re sharp and willing to learn, we’ll back you.
