(Administrative / Remote) - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $58,312-yr / Flexible Schedule / Generous PTO - As a Freight Broker Assistant, you will: assist with coordinating and scheduling freight shipments; communicate with carriers and customers to ensure timely delivery; track and update shipment statuses in the company's software; maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipments; resolve any shipment issues or delays; provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and carriers; assist with billing and invoicing processes.
