Job Title: Frontend Developer (ReactJS / NextJS)

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)

Job Type: Contract (6 months, extendable)

About the Role

We are hiring a Frontend Developer for a leading financial services organization. This role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Implement modern NextJS features such as SSR, SSG, ISR, and App Router
• Manage application state using tools like Redux, Zustand, React Query, or Context API
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and WebSockets
• Ensure high performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile setup
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, or Styled Components
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.)
• Strong understanding of API integration and asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of performance optimization and secure coding practices

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech / NBFC / product-based companies
• Exposure to WebSockets, SEO optimization, and testing frameworks (Jest, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Additional Details

• Work Mode: WFO – Chennai (mandatory)
• Interview Process: 2 rounds (F2F, same day)
• Compensation: Up to 30–40% hike on current CTC
