Position: HCM Lead - Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, talent, absence and Compensation & Benefits Consultant (any 3 module)Experience Level: 10+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud and experienced in Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits modules

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HCM Lead to lead and coordinate the Applications Support and Maintenance of Oracle Core HR. Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits modules of Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, and exceptional coordination abilities to ensure seamless collaboration between onsite and offshore teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits modules.Configure and implement for Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation and Talent Mgmt. modules in alignment with regulations and organizational policies.Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery, including requirement handover, configuration reviews, and testing support.Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist in defect resolution.Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.Support change management and end-user training activities.Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, with at least 5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud modules listed above.Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Core HR, Absence, OTL , Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits modules.Proven track record in onsite-offshore delivery model, including coordination and communication across time zones.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.Strong documentation and presentation skills.
